1. Merchant of Record

WNBA Assist Lab is operated by P.O.B. Sports Consulting LLC. Our orders, payments, and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refund handling is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy in addition to the terms below.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. You may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access through the end of the current billing period.

3. Renewals

For subscription renewals, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in line with their Refund Policy. Please contact us promptly if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend.

4. Service Disruptions

In the event of an extended service outage that materially impacts your use, contact us — we may issue prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net (our Merchant of Record) or email support@wnbaproplab.com from the address associated with your account and include your order ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we are happy to resolve issues directly. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Account Terminations

Refund requests for accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in line with their Refund Policy.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.
