1. Acceptance of Terms

WNBA Assist Lab ("the Service") is operated by P.O.B. Sports Consulting LLC("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and located in a jurisdiction where sports analytics services are legal. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Nature of the Service

WNBA Assist Lab provides proprietary statistical analytics and informational content about WNBA player playmaking — including potential-assist tracking, conversion rates, and rolling splits. The Service is intended for analysts, media, fans, and educational use. We make no representation that any projection or statistic will be accurate; past performance does not predict future results.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or as specified at checkout). Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or republish our data, share your account, reverse engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, projections, models, and branding are owned by P.O.B. Sports Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P.O.B. Sports Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or losses related to wagers placed using third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
